Shipping Terms & Conditions

ALL OUR ITEMS ARE IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP!

  1. Express Courier - No Signature NZ$8 - This method of shipping won’t need a signature from the receiver so the risk is on the buyer. Delivery time, 1 - 3 business days.

  2. Express Courier - Signature NZ$12 – If you choose this method of shipping it WILL require a signature from the receiver. Delivery time, 1 - 3 business days.

  3. International Express - NZ$50 – Delivery (Includes Tracking Number) 7 – 12 business days.

  4. Collect You may collect your order from our premises in Rolleston Canterbury upon completion and prior arrangement.

  5. Average Delivery Time - Our average delivery time is two business days to main city hubs.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY: Dispatching of items will happen once we have received your full payment. From receipt of payment, dispatch will happen the same day if it is before 14:00 pm, after that it will be dispatched the next business day, during special occasions such as Christmas season and Valentine’s Day this may be extended by one business day due to the high volume of orders.

PUBLIC HOLIDAY: Please note, that orders will not be processed, dispatched or delivered on a public holiday in New Zealand. Public holidays will delay the delivery of your order by at least one day.

TRACKING NUMBER

Tracking numbers will be emailed to our customers once we have handed your package over for delivery.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Please note that our courier companies are not able to deliver to P.O Boxes. We will also not be held responsible for incorrect delivery details supplied when checking out. Please note that if you select our courier option with signature, somebody will need to sign for the parcel.

CONDITION OF GOODS

The Silver Goose will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. You may request for us to take a picture which will be date stamped, of your items before they are sealed in their final packaging, but cannot ensure that the goods arrive at your chosen delivery address in the same good order and thus do not take responsibility for damage to items during transit.
